Upper Crust

I had very bad experience with this upper crust than any. they even don’t do ssp discount for staff with reference number and I had tried it two time with a gap of one week difference I had shown them their my station I’d and my mail also no one can serve like this worse upper crust than all the station. They even respond properly.

There were 3 employees putting out the food for the day leaving a 4th to serve the queue of customers (11 behind me).
I appreciate they need to display what goods you have for sale however allowing a queue to build up doesn’t really give a good impression of customer care.

So depressing how miserable the staff are here. On average I shop maybe twice per week here - I always say good morning/afternoon/evening, my best to engage. All I get back is rudeness and vacant a stare. No need to be sure rude.

Excellent customer service on a busy Saturday
Morning, I was in a rush but somehow I ended up ordering a lot, thought there was a possibility to be late at work But I was wrong, he delivered the order in a blink of an eye!
The plant based baguette and chicken baguette were really delicious! I will make sure to pass by again.

EXCELLENT FOOD. I BOUGHT FIRE CRACKERS CHICKEN. THE PRODUCT WAS DELICIOUS 😋. I WAS SERVICED BY STAFF NAMED KARTHIK SUNIL. HE PROVIDES ME AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WAS VERY MUCH HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE.

Couldn't find the underground station. I asked one nice lady in upper crust. Think her name was kasia. She was very friendly and helped me. After this, I got a latte and it was delicious

Possibly the worst sandwich I ever had, wish I checked the reviews first. Cold, probably from yesterday and with one leaf of old, brown lettuce. sad

I wish there was an option for no stars as they don't deserve any. I wish I would have had time to check the reviews I would not have gone here I would have gone elsewhere. The food is vile, I will attach a photo, there is nothing that justify the prices for them. I will be looking at enquiring with trading standards regarding the shameful excuse they call food. This is £5.00 worth for a sandwich. My advice close down and let a company have that slot and provide proper food at a reasonable price. Never will I buy from an upper crust outlet ever again.
