Best sandwiches I have had in a very long time quality service proper bacon quality bread all made fresh my opinion 5stars is not enough

Usually like it and use often but I have to question a local buisiness that wont stick abit of bacon on for a local and frequent customer. Local buisiness will succeed one customer at a time and 'we dont do bacon now' is just lazy cant be bothered attitude from the staff.

Oh my goodness. Where do I begin.
If you are colour of skin then this is not the place for you. These old ladies are all racists and only seem to enjoy serving white people. Rude on every occasion but not sure why I gave them a second chances in the first place but nothing changes.
Absolutely disgusted that in today’s day and age people still act like this.
I am happy to come to store and discuss this matter with you.
These reviews all seem fake to me. Not impressed at all. No customer service skills at all.
But I am sure karma will play its cause and get you back.
Educate yourselves ladies.

Im absolutely disgusted with the service I received today at this bakery! Im 6ft 4 in height but these ladies have made me feel so small and unwelcome. I was ignored and frowned upon as soon as i entered. Its funny how the white gents received first class service and i was just left standing there untill they saw fit and just about acknowledge me. What was most disheartening was a young brown lad also came in at the same time on his school lunch break in his school uniform and received the exact same treatment. Its a shame these ladies mind set is still in the stone ages. As a community Gravesend seem to have come a long way. However these ladies just let everyone down but most of all themselves as they are clueless on customer service and just think its okay to dismiss people of colour. Shame on you ladies!!

Very very unfriendly staff. Absolutely hate going in here but they do sell nice bread.

Worst bakery ever very rude staff I walked in today and the staff were chatting away to themselves ignored I was there , how the hell did they actually get the job never will I go there again
