The customer service is great! everyone is very friendly! Especially the staff that i was served by which was Svetlana if i remember her name correctly. She was very friendly, very funny and very nice to speak with while being served. It felt really warm and very welcoming. Also it's really pleasant to see the shop very clean all the time. Will be gladly recommending this shop to my friends! Would always love to come to this shop in the mornings for a coffee!

I went to the branch across from Earl's Court tube station.I liked the tuna sandwich because the ingredients and the bread, especially, were freshly made. Also, tasted their pasties; loved the vegetable and beef one most. The crust also just came out of the oven. Most of all, get a bread pudding. Oh, yummy. The items were also reasonably priced. A healthy and tasty alternative to McDonald's or Burger King, also across the street.

Delivery is meant to be contactless my instructions state place it on my porch and call me i will come out.

Try to contact Just eat they say my deliver is delayed.

Call the restaurant - he deffo delivered it wasnt to wrong street etc BS he ate it! I coild accept he was on wring street not the first time satnav takes to first street not mine but he outright refused and lied and said he delivered it.

GREGGS don't care i can't afford to get another lunch and had treated myself to their products.

JUSTEAT also dont care.

back to uber and deliveroo i go and never will I order a greggs again.

Small shop. The person who served me was nice and helpful. It's a Greggs so you know that the food is going to be good.

Absolutely rubbish service over paid 1.20 for half a cup of watery porridge the was refused a refund. They always cold food it's gone down hill
