Had to wait a while for my vegan sausage roll. They gave me a free coffee and an extra sausage roll to compensate. Much appreciated!

The most disgusting greggs I’ve ever ordered from. Half my items were missing after paying £40 , my hot choco was spilt everywhere , BURNT baguettes that could scratch your lungs out.
I want to be contacted immediately, I will not have such poor service delivered to me after spending such money

Very very busy bakery, often with empty sandwich fridge and hot snack fridge. On the odd chance that u find what u want it is very nicely cooked delicious to eat whatever it may b, hence the 3 stars.

We used this branch of Gregg's regularly at our hospital stay at Royal London hospital over a few days, and we are very happy with the service and the products. Especially the ladies serving us are genuinely very nice and helpful, at the end the stuff is the one that creates the customer satisfaction and they are excellent!

Always understaffed and under stocked. Constant long queues in the morning, with dithering, slow service. Irritating when you just want something served quick, can't wait for an alternative bakery etc to replace this dreadful place but its Whitechapel, its addicted to mediocrity and poverty so I'll doubt it

Lovely lady served me, very friendly. The only problem was I wanted something sweet to go, but there was literally nothing available besides gingerbread biscuits and muffins. Also, Greggs really need to do a better halal selection, nothing really on the pasty section besides cheese and onion and vegan sausage.
The only reason it gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because of the customer service of the lovely woman. Otherwise ⭐️⭐️⭐️ was more than enough.

I purchased a salted caramel latte and cheese onion pasty (pasty was cold, but oh well, still edible).
Otherwise, the place was clean, but products were scarce on the display, empty hot food, no desserts, and pasty/pizzas partially finished overall not a great look.

I love going into this Gregg's. The staff are so friendly and helpful - specifically Sergio. Im vegan and he is always letting me know about new vegan products. I really enjoy the food here, but the service makes it an even better experience.
