Produce is ok but general attitude is they could do without you being in the shop. The odd smile and a even a bit of banter with your customers goes a long way (and makes the day go quicker).

I had 30 mins to waste. I drove past a costa and thought perfect. I little coffee break. Then i saw parsons. I decided to give it a go. Invariably going to any smaller chain or independently owned business is always better. The lady inside was very friendly. The coffee was much better than its competitor and cheaper. Thanks Parsons

My husband came home and told me the young girl who closed up the bakery, stared at him blankly in silence for ages when he walked into the store at 2:58pm and said hi to her. He did not realise the closing time was 3pm on Saturdays as we’re not regulars, nor did he spot the sign immediately - train your staff to be more polite and handle situations like that differently. No point having nice food but rude customer service! Remember how small the village is - we’re all you have to bring you money!!! Oh and you might want to update your business closing hours on Google, says 4pm on Saturdays, which now we know to be incorrect.

Fantastic service and value for money. My wife can't get enough of the raspberry and white chocolate muffins. I'm partial to a bacon and cheese turnover

Honestly the best bakery in Oxfordshire, fantastic breads, sourdough, pastries and pasties. If you are in the area you can't go wrong

low prices and low customer service, the bakery part is nice the pasties, sausage rolls, baguettes and cakes I can't fault, however the coffee is awful, I don't know if the staff haven't been trained or are just bad at their jobs but either way the coffee is bad and the hot chocolate is gritty, and speaking of the staff the (ones I've been served by) have been rude, they clearly don't want to be there, it's obvious from their actions and comments that serving customers is a major inconvenience to them. I've tried it 3 times now, i won't be trying again the low prices are not worth it until they get friendly and engaging staff members
