Constantly rude staff. They get irritated if asked if the hot food advertised is HOT! One would be better working out the back and the other better suited for radio as neither should be front of house.

Every female in there has a major attitude problem including one absolute looney who makes you stand in a specific place to be handed things.
Went in yesterday and the guy was chatty and friendly for once but forgot my sausage roll. Do ask for one for a giggle plus they are nice but dare not to mention which one you want you will have the lady shout meat at you very loudly questioning if you'd want the vegetarian option I've tasted one and think it would turn a vegan into a meat eater.
The Belgian buns are great but come in any later than 10 am and they and most of the good sweet stuff has gone for the day.

I always receive the best service here and the prices are great. The staff are always kind and welcoming- couldn't ask for better service

Warmed up a baguette I didn't ask to have warmed up and gave me hard and cold stake bakes I expected to be warm (as 99 times out of 100 that's what you get). Ask before warming something up and inform customers if usually hot items are freezing cold.
