Greggs

Customer service skills lack I had to say hello then she never smiled or said thankyou! There's no need to be so rude I also work with customers daily and simple manners and attitude is not hard at all! Then I went to pay and she charged me wrong and I didn't realise till I came out cause she didn't say how much it was and she didn't say how much change! I mainly use gregs in derby and they are 100 percent better! What a joke!

To be honest, this is a review of Greggs near super savers, The staff services here are terrible, I was billed twice for 2 coffees which a few years ago came up to about 3 quidish, the staff member here charged me and took my money only upon giving me the coffee's she charged me again, pretty sly tactics, I should of made a stink really as a few days later as I walked past I saw they had a camera in the corner, missed chance there to prove what I was saying.

So yeah, that was my experience with going to the greggs near super savers, will never use them again.

Staff are really friendly. The food is always freshly baked and warm. And the service is fast. I stop in here most mornings for breakfast as they are reliable.

I went into this Gregg's with my partner yesterday and spent over £10 also to sit in witch was a extra £2.50 as we sat down for not even 2 minuets i forgot a order so i went back up to state the fact i wanted to order 2more bakes, and the man behind the counter chargerd me to sit in again this lead to cost me anouther 6pounds deffo not be visting this Gregg's again really really upset with this servis, if this is the case they need to put notice up cause we wouldnt of eat in other wise

Great food, Great service, great prices this Gregg's is just a take out Gregg's but there are two sit down Gregg's within the town one of which is just around the corner from this one next the shop saver's and the other sit down Gregg's is on at peters retail park next to carphone warehouse.

It's greggs what can I say ... except the staff here are great.. so friendly.. I love them
