Santander

Not a very professional place. Just tried to open an account and they haven't a clue what they doing... Spent over an hour just to open a normal account. Also they are also wanting to ask so many questions on what is irrelevant to opening an account. They were also asking each other for help and none knew what to do. Ridiculous

Drab and dreary, one of the cash machines was broken, only 2 staff on tills. Not good.

Always polite and helpful. Sometimes staff need to realise a lot of people still prefer and need the personal touch...not online or atm services all the time. Overall still one if the best banks around.

Normally not a fan of banks, but just had an excellent meeting with Katie who sorted out my accounts for me, and gave me some outstanding assistance.

For a bank of this size and the amount of people who use it, it is ridiculous to close the bank on Saturdays. Why should your customers have to travel to Lowestoft or have to wait till Monday to carry out an in store banking transaction.
This has made up my mind to quit Santander banking, because you cannot rely on them in a crisis.

Quick and easy visit to Great Yarmouth Santander. Helped by a lady called Katy, very pleasant!
