HSBC Lakeside Thurrock Branch

While customers may have different expectations, but when its come to service and standard, each individual required a certain level of Respect, dignity and service.
On the day of my appointment i have received a call in the morning to discuss about the reason of the appointment. As i was not available to answer to the call, the phone number provided to call back was Wrong number. So in went to the branch.
The receptionist (who was the caller as well) even bother to greet, asked straight away, what are you looking for. So i explained the reason and said that the call back number was wrong she did NOT Said a single word about her Mistake (sorry, i do apologise). She Changed the topic and told me to book another appointment as this branch we cannot help you.
A humble request to the Management
Please advise the Receptionists to treat the customers as a humane being At least!!!
the services, standards, qualities are far away from their behaviour.

I'm sure the staff are lovely but it doesn't offer a 'cash desk' so a complete waste of time if (like me) you want access to your money.
HSBC please differentiate your branches.

The worse ever . No cashier no this no that . I have no clue why is existing as a location . I’m seriously thinking to change bank because they are a nightmare

Every Saturday you cannot access cash deposit. And they call themselves a “branch” lol. More like a “HSBC owned ATM”

One word - Incompetent. Something which was really straightforward and should have taken 5 mins took 40 mins. The representative was struggling for literally everything and took help from other staffs for everything while I was patiently standing there watching her fail multiple times. It was frustrating. AVOID this branch if you can.

Pay in cash machine didn't work..
