I went into the branch in bristol road in gloucester

I have been a lloyds customer since 1989

I wanted to ask about a large investment and rates

I explained i need some privacy rather than explaining all of this over the counter

The cashier lady was so unhelpful and was asking all sorts of private personal questions such as my parents details etc and i wasn’t entirely comfortable dealing with that in front of all the regular customers

Very dissapointed !!!!

Sometimes there's issue of parking but other than that it's very good branch out of main town and staff is very helpful

working from home means having local access to my bank is convenient. Staff very apologetic that on this occasion their IT was down. some customers not so understanding.

Excellent service

They are very rude people and not helpful, they freeze my account twice in one month. Because my documents not updated in their system. While I came two times to submit it in the branch. I'll defreez it and take my money back and then to close it . I won't suggest it to any one.

This is about overall a women who works there, she is an older women with whitish hair, she is incredibly rude she never has a smile on her face and when making conversation she shuts you down very quick! Her customer service is appalling she should not be on a front desk!! All other staff are lovely though very helpful and always smiling!
