It's OK but miss there not being a cashiers counter... makes it real hard to change money etc. Would be best if they got these back in store.

This is nothing to do with the branch need a site to vent my anger . Because with the run up to Christmas I forgot to pay December's credit card payment and selling my business I have been penalised on my credit score. When realised paid December and January together. Beware cost of living crises HSBC don't care.

The manager went above and beyond to help me to sort a problem that, due to personal circumstances, my tired and befuddled head simply couldn't cope with. Her kindness prevented the straw from breaking the camel's back and made all the difference in the world. In these difficult times, empathy and understanding goes a long , long way.
