Barclays Bank

This Barclays branch is slightly different from what I expected. However my customer service experience is nothing but positive. I needed help with international transfer. Customer service assistant (apologies didn’t get his name) have been very helpful, he kindly showed me how to do this by using online banking. Thank in fact saved me £25. Thank you so much young man :) your assistance is highly appreciated!!!

Pretty useless as a bank turns out it is a cashless bank. There is no counter to deal with giving or taking cash. Basically an ATM and someone to talk to if you want a loan.

Arrived at this bank during the advertised opening hours at 13:15 on a Tuesday and it was closed. Don't waste your time

What use is a cashless bank when I've lost my debit card and the next closest branch will be closed by the time I get there?!

I'm sure the staff are really helpful but, of all the banks in Europe, this one puts the most funding into fossil fuel finance

Absolute waste of time. Is a 'cashless' bank. You cannot deposit or withdraw cash, not even at one of those deposit ATMs.

I know more and more shops are moving towards being cashless but a cashless bank is bordering on farce.

Always when I visit the brand and Mrs Mirka Ezel is working, is 5* service. She is always so commitment to her work and is very helpful. Today visited again and with few minutes she was able to assist me. Thank you ☺️
