Lloyds Bank

Its ok for normal day to day banking. I went for the mortgage, mortgage advisor was first very helpful and kept saying everything is fine but then could not get hold of him, called so many times to branch and main helpline to get the answer about mortgage application 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Whats up with your atm's at night time. Why they allways not working? For past few months. People need cash to pay for the bus and stuff... Always have to use other banks.

I got a text message from Lloyds saying that I've successfully registered a new device. I dont have an account with Lloyds I'm with Santander so I do not understand how this has happened please sort this out.

Only use this bank for Paying money in and there is alwasy a que for doing so. have to use deposit machine i don't like the deposit machines so mite aswell get rid of the bank and just leave one machine there and cut my interest rate down some with less staff to pay for.

Why is the bank not open on a Saturday morning. 9_2 mon_fri hours are impossible for people who work.
