Been in today helpful and kind chap serving at the desk keep up the good work 👍

I have given one star because it will not accept no stars.
Having just driven 5 miles to hand in some paperwork only to find they close at 4:30, I was 1 minute past this time and the person holding the door on the inside did not want to know.
How do they expect business people to get there?

From my own experience with this branch particularly, they get work done, they do their part as long as you do yours. Lloyd's is confortable, staff is polite and efficient (remember that the staff are humans, not machines). Obviously I had some issues with the delay of the card and such, and it happens, specially in these times. But they delivered. I wanted a confortable bank where I can put my money, receive my card, and a bank that gives advice, simple stuff, so I do recommend it. This is the point of view of a regular person, not a businessman.

More than happy to help with what ever you need to do in this branch of this bank a credit to their company

Go there as little as possible. On busy road, good size carpark but not easy to get out of. Manager did help me

Just wanted to say how warm, friendly and helpful the woman holding the fort - single handed, apparently - was. Her salary should be doubled immediately. Staff at one or two other banks in the Norwich area could learn a valuable lesson from her attitude and personal skills. Well done.

Went today to set up a new bank account for my son and must say the young man who helped me was brilliant And has made us a appointment to set account up, Many thanks George & Christopher.
