When are Santander going to employ staff that know what they are doing?
All I wanted was to transfer some monies from one account to another what did the lady do but transfer the whole lot, leaving me with little monies to use. Of course what happens when I ask for them to get it back they say go to your other bank to retrieve it!! What happens it isn't showing up in my other account and can take up to 3 days....why because it is a Friday!!!!

A very pleasant manageress and staff. Were a great help when I moved here. I don't think there can be a better bank in St. Annes.

Well today I went into st Anne’s on sea Santander bank with my mother who wanted to put a certain amount of cash in the bank to cover the purchase she paid on her card the day before she was rudely asked
By the female member of staff where she got the money from , how wrong to ask an elderly lady that
The cashier as made my mum want to change her bank she as been left feeling like a criminal

I went to Santander in St Annes today (Saturday) because the website clearly stated open until 4 pm. It was closed when I got there just after 1pm.
Wasted trip. Please update the website.

Great service. If you go to this branch, make sure you get served by Sheila, extremely helpful lady and amazing at her job. Thanks for all your help!

Shame about new staff I luv Gill ferda and coral and Peter and the other lady the new staff don't seem to have the quality that the old staff have

Thought I was going into a bank turns out it’s a covid vigilantly group .
I like to see less of the bad attitude and better customer service..
