Lloyds Bank

Somebody is using my address under the name of Vesa and the bank doesn't want to do anything about it, I returned the letters but they just don't want to question why that person is using my address. They want the letters but I already semd those back. The bank had been very unhelpful amd causing me a lot of stress.

Poor service... just been there with my parents to get this statement to close their account as they moving to TSB. Black lady was not helpful and was asking stupid questions when my father was taking his money out as he's English is not so great. When he asked about 1000£ she was stupidly asking "1000 what" so I had to be rude to reply surely not Euro as it is UK isn't it? Poor service

Monday to Friday 930am till 330pm, and not open now on Saturdays
What kind of helpful bank is this to a business operator?

Lewis was very lovely and helpful in changing & creating some new accounts for me. Very informative, funny and would highly recommend. What I also recommend is ignoring the negative comments/reviews as 1. the opening hours aren’t a personal problem of the Stevenage branch and it can’t be helped and 2. those people are just clueless on how things work today. Many thanks to Michelle also, very lovely manager and helped me prior to the appointment too x
