Santander Bank is THE best bank to me. The staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly

opening and closing times are awful. means i have to take a day off work to get down there.

Although online the Hemel branch stated they were open until 4.30pm today, they were in fact closed. So I rang Santander Customer Services who were brilliant and Julie said that may be short staffed due to Covid which is understandable. I have always had great service from them and things happen, its a shame that others don't give consideration, especially in these trying times.

Moved my account to Santander best thing I've ever done.

I booked on line for an appointment to discuss a savings account. In fact ...this was the only option Santander offered. I booked on line and was given a time and date to speak with a member of staff. Yesterday came and went. No one called me. I should be surprised. I'm not surprised because it seems that most of the UK banking sector are in utter disarray. Avoid Santander. Avoid them all. Stick it all under the bed.

Not open today down to computer issues not on website Saturday 15.05.21

said they were open upto 430 today, got there and they were shut at 2pm !
