This is not to do with the Barnet Branch itself but I am not sure their customer service helpline is helpful. As a loyal customer for a few years I finally gave up my Santander credit card as I couldn't put up with the worst ever customer service I had experienced recently. And you could get much better deals with other banks. Please think carefully and do your research before you apply for any account with Santander.

had a very good experience here. Was greeted at the door, asked what I was here for and guided to the right direction. Once glance at their branch, I thought i was in an airport lounge. Very clean and crisp!! Even got a tv mounted. You wouldn’t think you’re in a bank for sure. When i reached my point of transaction this was completed very smoothly. Thank you

Mr Molloy was perhaps the most helpful employee i have ever encountered at any service. He helped me set up a bank account and was also very good at communicating and making me feel comfortable at the bank. Santander is definitely very lucky to have him and i am surprised that he isn't working for corporate considering the plethora of skills he has at his hand.

This review is for the excellent service I received from Mr Molloy at High Barnet branch last week. During an appointment intended for a set-up of one bank account, he managed to smoothly set up 4 accounts in total for both my kids. All this whilst maintaining an interesting conversation. True asset for the branch and bank!

DO NOT USE THE CASH MACHINE!
I have used this cash machine and it didn't give me my money. Staff are completely unhelpful, and just act like it's not their problem.. makes me wonder if they're doing this on purpose.

Overall rude and abrupt. I think using covid as an excuse for being over worked and tired is simply a excuse!
