Went in to quickly withdraw some money and ended up being in there 15 minutes being pressured to pay £3 a month to upgrade my account. I have never felt so much pressure to buy something even after saying no thank you about ten times. Left feeling terrible. I'll stick to my regular Natwest branch next time.

I've banked with the NatWest for over 30 years and whenever I've had to use the branch I've always found it to be well staffed organised and clean. There's generally someone on hand available to offer advice and guidance on getting the best out of the increasing prevalence of technology here.

Unable to pay cheques in using their antiquated technology and noone available to help. Poor customer service, long queues skeleton crew available! Use another branch

staff member refused to let me withdraw out over 2k. but I was available to withdraw out the rest of it from the cash machine right in front of her. a complete waste of time. Natwest please train your staff on common sense.

Staff excellent 10/10 Service extremely slow due to staff shortages. Regular queuing time totally unacceptable 0/10. Please consider your customers, and recruit more staff to at least cover busy times

Poor customer Service, Waiting in a Queue too long, Accounts closure department not allowed to talk to branch. Been with NatWest for over 40 years and decided to close my account now due to poor customer service and a rubbish online banking Service

Long waits , no staff , im a carer for disabled man who has to stand and wait in long queues to draw his money as he has to sign for it.
Not a pleasant experience at all !

Excellent bank..been with this waterlooville branch for over 30 years..i have always found all the staff polite..well mannered and very helpful. I can not praise them highly enough.
