The bank is not open until 7pm on a Thursday, it is only until 5pm

Dreadful service from this bank today.

After waiting in a queue for 10 minutes i was then told i could not pay a cheque in as it did not correspond with the details they held for me(their records are incorrect) for an accoun ive had with them for 45 years.

Michelle Currie the branch manager was rude and particular unhelpful and really should not be in a management position within this organisation.

All phone numbers no matter which one you seem to ring all go to the automated service and not to the branch you actually call plus When you do finally get to speak to a human they tell you it can’t be done over the phone but they’re happy for you to do it over an unsecured Internet connection the world has gone mad

The two ladies that were on counter duty on the afternoon of 17th May were absolutely useless, uncaring and unhelpful. Earlier in the day, for two other business matters, I spoke to an Indian and an American call center and both were terrible, but were far more helpful than the staff in your bank! I will not return to this branch again!

Been only a few times and had two appointments with mrs gulsen which is a lovely lady that helps you through everything ! Booking an appointment takes long so please plan ahead. As for the ladies on the desk I’ve never had issues so I feel sorry for those who have had any ! Please understand these people are constantly busy so anything major please try beforehand doing it online or over the phone which can reduce queues for those who actually need to go physically to the bank. Overall I trust llyods banking alot.
