Used to come into branch quite a lot before I started getting my wages paid into my account. these days, everything is done by online/mobile banking. Great and helpful staff. The downside is that the branch opens at 10.00 when most of the others open at 9.00

absolute piss takers in this branch,went to pay a debt that is free of charge from rbs,bank of ulster and shitwest,lady said it would be £10 ? told her no there is no charge,but she was adamant she was right untill i showed her the letter stating otherwise! she wouldnt do the transaction passed me off to next cashier who then said there is no gaurantee it will get paid ??? basically trying to put me off from paying £20 into this account unless i banked with them,then threw the stub at me ,to which i replied that's why i don't bank with you ,rude,incompetent liars,shocking service

Worst Natwest has ever been. The new tills are ridiculous. No air con on in this heat. Staff have no consideration.

Wanted to go the bank , but the queue was too long , plus the sun was just beating me down. I cant blame the bank but it was a terrible experience . Didn't even end up waiting couldn't take it

With this covid-19 situation queues are pretty hard to bear, but it's the same with every bank. What I like about NatWest is their polite and informative personnel, at least it in Waltham Cross branch that is. When I've got my first card with no idea how to set up online banking, the gentleman in this branch not only assisted me through the process but took his time giving me information on use of the app. It was well appreciated. Cashier service inside is also almost always available and pretty fast.

Absolute joke of a bank ... miserable staff, long queues and noone around to assist

Bunch of incompetent women running a bank. They should be working at Tesco cashier at most ... So rude... Avoid and go to a total different branch.
