wonderful customer service, they go the extra mile to look after you and see that you have all the information avaliable to make the best choices for your account or mortgage application. They take a geninue interest, and what more can you ask for than that?

Excellent customer service. They make sure you get all the information you need and answer all of your question. I like the mobile banking app. I just hope that the bank sends text messages as well to notify us of the transactions.

Negligent. Someone has used my address to fraudulently borrow 12k from this branch and despite me contacting the bank manager there nothing has been done and the bank statements keep coming and no-one returns my contact.

Great branch - I have been dealing with NatWest across North London for years and this is one of the best customer service I received by mile. Friendly staff and speedy service; branch recently had a make over so it feels cozy too - I prefer to make a diversion from my route just for going to that branch instead of others in the area. Kris
