Barclays Bank

Deposited money into machine and the machine glitched and turned of. I was assured that I will get a call at the end of the day and the matter will be resolved. I am yet to receive a call and the money is yet to be put into my account. No direct number to ring the branch and getting through to someone on the main number is difficult as emphasis is placed on using the app, not everyone is tech savvy.

Absolutely appalling service. Staff has no idea what they're doing.. And they are so slow.. Is like they are paid by the minute. My company uses Barclays and I'm forced to wait 15min to 1h in a queue for a change order. Is not even busy. Every time I go in I feel like the cop rabbit in Zootopia movie at the DMV. Kill me now please

Just went in to ask a very simple question and was told I'd have some service in a minute.... well had to walk out as people who walked in after me were seen. I AM THE ONLY BLACK PERSON IN THE BANK... funny that.

If you need work done at the till AVOID
this branch. They have only one till working and i've waited more than 40 min to be served at the till, for a service that can be done only at the till!! Ridiculous service and no one to complain to as well...

No stars, staff always rude, very unhelpful, all they say is call customer service, even when there was problem with THEIR own cash point, just on the shopping centre side, and it was not their problem! , just "call customer service ". And what's more they only open till 16:30! when the centre is open till 21:00, so customers have no choice but to use the machine.

I can't understand the bad reviews. I had a brilliant experience with this branch. A team member welcomed me on arrival and asked me to take a seat. I was seen within 5 mins and transactions were completed professionally. Will definitely visit this branch when I am in London again.

Pretty rubbish service. I came in to ask info about ISA accounts. The manager told me to use the phone (....). So not sure what is the point of having staff there. Not impressed as a Premier customer.

No cashiers only 1 machine to pay in working out of 2.
30 customers are waiting for ages to pay in.

Charging stupid interest rates and giving so bad service.

Ridiculous only 1 assistant to serve 30 people.
