I wish I could give zero star for my experience .The service let's say was appalling . All I wanted to open was a simple saver account for my child .Me being an existing customer for 10 yrs should have been a cake walk.. however to my shock they kept on sending me back for additional documents .This one Asian looking gentleman who called himself Cal was outright rude and absolutely unapologetic. And he kept on blaming the system quoting "We dont know what documents the system would need for opening an account" .huh .. I thought I went to a Bank not a supermarket .. All I have to say is avoid avoid avoid.

The one branch I avoid to use but honestly the ONLY one I have close access too....
Trying to open an account for my husband and they turn us away every time with new things we need that they don't tell us before. When we eventually have it all, three times they don't have advisers to sit with us and open an account on a Saturday!!?? They work Monday to Friday till 5pm, guys the average working hours for people is till 6?

Unfortunately I won't be coming back again.

So happy with the service I’ve received in the North Finchley branch. Thank you Alec and team. I have had a matter that needed attention for months now and the general Lloyd’s customer helpline was not helpful every time I tried to deal with it. This branch seems to take its customers seriously and found a way to assist me even as we are dealing with these strange times. Everyone I have spoken to was proactive and a pleasure to interact with.

Vanessa was so helpful, she asked a few questions and found out what I wanted quickly and precisely - then she proceeded to help adjust and renew my information step by step. She and her colleague then helped me with an internet banking issue I’ve been having for a few days making the whole process so smooth. Thank you Vanessa and team

I went to the North Finchley branch for some financial advice today. No proper advice received. The blond old cashier lady had an attitude and was simply rude. No please and thank you s. Also so grumpy, it costs nothing yo be nice and to smile. If you hate your job, simply quit!

Now they changed all those RUDE EMPLOYEES...MY REVIEW WORKED......I went to show a proof of identity and address. I gave them my proof of ID but when I gave them a letter from college with my name and all information they needed.but The Indian guy replied to me take the letter to Barclays bank they will accept it..but he didn't even explain how they need it...is that really customer services.. teach them how to respect every client.

I have been in this branch of Lloyds bank to change my graduate account to student account and they asked me a hard copy of confirmation letter from university that I provided for them but after few days, they did not change my account and caused disturb me and feel into depression.Very bad branch that I have seen.
