Barclays Bank

More staff needed charge enough for business account. Waited over ten minutes to finally bank my money not very good Barclays I wouldn't get away with running my business like this very poor service. Thinking of changing banks as the service isn't getting any better.

Appreciate the different opening times because of covid but what about people that work all week, full time and can't get to the bank. Not even open on a Saturday for a few hours. Very unhelpful.

All the staff are friendly there and willing to help and is the best one in Hampshire because it has 4 counters instead of 1 in Town and Fareham Barclays so don’t wait at long at the Barclays here. :)

half hour wait only to be told i cant pay money into my own account as i dont have debit card with me. the simplest task and they cant help

Bought a house yesterday and needed to transfer lots of money from my Barclays Acc to my Solicitor; Nadine and Jenny in the Waterlooville Branch were super efficient, friendly and helpful.

Disgraceful service. Told it would 7-10 working days to transfer money from my deceased mother's account to my account. Acted on wrong information given by employee, which has delayed resolution even further.

Pretty much a waste of time keeping this branch open.

Terrible opening hours for us people that have jobs, probably good for people who collect benefits though
