I had excellent service at this branch today while opening an account. The online identity verification was delayed so I had to go to a branch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I was sorted really quickly even though they were fairly busy. They went above and beyond to assist. Thank you.

Worse bank ever. Tried to pay two transfers today & they have blocked my account. Tried to pay for things on my card previously & have to put a code in from them. Now I’ve got to go into my branch to sort it out. Not good when I’m isolating with Covid.

This branch has caused me to go to move to barclays across the road.

The customer service in this place is atrocious and the bank manager must be aware of this and not doing anything about this. This branch is the number 1 reason why people are banking online with their poor customer service.

At all times during the day, there is one or 2 member of staff on the till with a huge queue. Each transaction takes 5+ minutes so on 5 different occasions I have had to stop queueing and leave.

You can't blame the pandemic for this, you've had 12+ months to put measures in place - other businesses have.

Even at 9.05 in the morning, after the bank opened there was a queue of 4 people and one woman on the checkout taking an age to serve.

I’m with Lloyds bank for more than 10 years now. Never had any problems and staff has always been helpful when needed.
And then I moved to Cheltenham and started using this branch.. staff is slow and not willing to show any interest in helping customers.. I’m considering changing banks I’m afraid
