Never anyone to discuss matters urgently. You have to make an appointment. We do not have time to keep coming back. It should be a regular basis daily. Never enough staff usually only 2 windows open and they are always chatting to the customer and asking impertinent questions regarding insurance etc.. They want your money and that is all

I have had problems with this branch . The important thing to remember is to use the Barclays complaint service (by email or phone) .This is quick and efficient and produces results .

I work 7.30-4.00pm Monday to friday and don't have/trust online banking,these hours are useless for me!

Very poor long waits unable to get a statement from ATM,& away being asked if you have online banking if I did would I be standing here now.

Appalling service today. Usually with no issues I can withdraw a few quid in cash, today, they refused. Although they would only allow me to withdraw over the counter 50% of what I needed, then stating you could always go to Fareham to get the rest! Didn't appreciate me explaining to them how moronic this solution to their problem was. I wouldn't urinate on the Manager if she was on fire.

When on customers are limited time during lunch break when obviously your busiest time why not have more staff working to prevent queuing for 45 minutes.

There may be a queue, but always very efficient and helpful 😀
