All the staff are very patient and helpful. Since the area is so diverse, the bank understands that many people might have language barrier and they treat them very patiently. Cheerful staff with quality customer service. Their personal advisers deal with you with great patience when it comes to opening a new account or other service provided by the bank. I had to leave a good review because they have been really helpful.

Very rude indian woman's I went to bank to open account no helpful rubbish customer service like India.
I don't feel like it uk. there talking Owen language hindi
All 4 women each other not helping customers.

Worst customer service, everytime they are running out of staff & when staff is available they asked to call on customer care. I don't know why they getting paid or why they open branch if everything we have to do via customer care service.

The fact that a lot of people are complaining about the customer service in this branch should really be an indicator of how terrible this branch is! I really hope Lloyds looks into these staff because the service is absolutely appalling!

I went to brand to submit documents for my online application, staff wasn’t supportive at all, couldn’t even check my application status ask me to cal hotline, she been lazy. Whats the point of having branch if they even support simple task.
