Funny banking facilities.
Having business account in any other bank is advantage but in Santander is a disadvantage.
They dont deal with it and refer customers to post office!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Tried to deposit some cash in my business account safely over the counter, was refused and told to use cash machine by open door on busy High St or told to go to Post Office. Asked to speak to the manager, was refused that. After 45 minutes of aggravation with the machines that weren't working, was told they would take my cash at the counter "as a gesture of good faith." It all could've been so simple, and was made to feel unreasonable the whole time. Avoid this branch if you don't need to go.

Always an excellent customer service from Santander. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Service is quick and efficient with helpful advice and assistance.

It's nearly 2020 and they still adopt a quaint 1960's policy that long customer queques for the manned service counters are an acceptable practice, particulary during peak times (lunch period). It's frustrating having to wait 25 mins to liaise with a human. Countless times I've walked out as I've had to be somewhere else on time.

local branch phone number dead , cutomer contact number not accepting calls other than covid calls, chat line does not work , no business enquiry contact details obvious ..I am a serious business customer enquiry but very disappointed

All too often lack of staff to serve customers at windows. Frequently only one at the three possible . Often long waits.

Had an issue with my debit card and thankfully the manager Greg was able to fix it. I can’t use online banking very well so was very happy.
