Quick and easy to pay in a cheque. Helpful staff.

Great if you want to pop in at Lunch time to deposit a cheque, cash or even coins! No queues at 12.30. I just used the machines. I did not speak to any customer advisors - if you need a lot of a assistance maybe not the best HSBC.

Nice branch for general banking however we had really poor support when we used them for our first mortgage.

Heplfull staff. Very nice and friendly people. Machine only but fast.

It clearly doesn't close at 20:00. Wasted journey.

This branch is actually a self-service location with tablets and phones. Unfortunately I needed a new security device for my business account so needed to go to another branch.

Other than that seems to be clean and contains facilities to do day to day banking.

nobody in the branch. Self service so not sure how am I suppose to pick up my card 🤔
Very interesting... now have to wait another week so they can send to another branch... really upsetting!!!
