Great big major queues in this fairly large branch, but overall, the staff are quite friendly making the wait a lot better than to be greeted by a misery!

The branch has everything you need to make day to day banking easy, with several self service cash machines available inside, and outside to help with simple transactions without waiting in the long queues to be dealt with.

My first visit to the branch since 2017 to obtain £50 notes for a birthday present. Immediately I was accosted by “Joshua”, yes I mean accosted. I know bank branches are sales opportunities for the company rather providing a service. But I was offended to the point of deciding to leave Santander.

Went into pay some £2 coins into my account only to be told I couldn't as they have no counter service anymore this is ridiculous, I was told to go to postoffice
