If I could give zero, that's what I'd rate this branch! Queues are always ridicuously long; always lack of staff & knowledge. It needs bringing up to 21st century. Needs a manager on the floor to raise poor standards!

Would give a minus if I could. The worst bank to bank with. Huge queues, no staff. I've complained so many times it's not worth bothering about any more as they don't care at all. I've stood in the queue for over an hour and when I wanted to complain the manager refused to come down to the shop floor. It gets worse every day. They made such a huge mistake on my banking that they said I owed them over £20. Turns out they made the mistake and had to refund me the money. No apology given. Disgraceful. The be all and end all of it is basically that NatWest UK do not care about their customers.

Honestly the worst branch I have ever been too. DONT come during lunch breaks if you want to actually have a relaxed break. Every time I come the queues get longer and longer. Utter Crud!

Bad Costomer Services i been waiting 45 minutes. I live my car park 1 hours I think i get the tickets if go like this still 6 people on front of me just 1 till working they accept Coustemer do things self.after she smiles you face say sorry for waiting that piss me off more f

Never had any problems with this branch, staff have always been extremely helpful. Off course we have to be patience during this Covid-19 outbreak as the bank has to observe the government's guidelines.

NatWest blows hot and cold you never know what service you are going to get however Jessica is always first class very professional and always helpful

David your Branch Manager is an absolute credit to your organization. He was extremely helpful in tracking down the deeds to my Grandfathers house when your call centre, bereavement team and estates team had been absolutely useless. Proof that getting through to the right person who takes ownership of their role makes for a excellent customer service,

Quality service. Jessica (sorry can't remember exact name) was very nice and helpful. Gentleman before me was taking a lots of cash and she did ask him some professional questions to make sure no one takes advantage of him and his money. Really nice employee. Stay safe !
