Let's say that you need to have almost half day to wait for a walk in appointment. No matter how small it is.
And you are very lucky if someone from the staff ask you what are you waiting for in the first 20 min...not happy at all.
I am client of this bank. But if they want keep they clients satisfied including me, they need to listen and change something...
I hope they will get more staff, as at the moment you are not able to do anything if you need urgent assistance.

I won't care what other people say about that branch, from my experience I've got a urgent problem solved in two visits, where the other branches - Walthamstow and Stratford old shopping center refused to help my case. SPECIAL THANKS to Ellie (hope I spell the name correctly), also both her young male colleagues - sorry guys for not mentioning your names, but I'm very bad with the names - thanks to all three - all I would say is : this is what customer service should be. Thanks for my statements, I appreciate your help.

I’ve just tried to deposit money at this branch. I made it one minute before it closed and the man literally shut the door in my face. Disgusting behaviour, seeing as I had one minute until closing and all I wanted to do was to deposit cash into the Machine without even needing to speak to a person. I will probably be switching banks after this encounter.

Walked in to open an account and ask about investment options. Was directed to go online as most services are not provided physically.
Paying in cash, withdrawals and transfers are still available here.
No counter service.

Sorry, but I had a very bad experience to open a simple bank account. All my family has HSBC bank account and I wished to open one for me too.
After 1 month, going on line and going 3 times on site, they haven't solved my request yet,. At the end I changed bank and they solved it in 10' with no problem.

Had a wonderful experience at this Branch. Ravi an employee at the branch, was super helpful and went above and beyond with assisting us. Thank you for the great customer service experience, we will be back.

Not a great experience there. Wanted to put cash on my card using Pay-in terminal inside. Member of staff said I can’t do it as they were closing (it was about 10 mins before their closing time), and shut the door in front of my face.
