Great place for my staff to get an overdraft to survive. Go Sevenist!

Mobile app keeps going down. No access to internet banking either and poor customer service when trying to call for an update. No replies to calls. Automated replies to tweets. Not impressed, seems like many others the same.

I visited this store on the 21/6/22 after having no luck resolving a problem I had with the online app.
The two ladies I saw were so helpful. I believe their names were Harriet and Roxy ? What a breath of fresh air after the online nightmare. Thank you

They never answer their phones no matter how often you phone and no matter how long you hold. Save yourself much frustration by not dealing with them.
