Very friendly and helpful staff; Natwest, do not even think of closing this Branch! Your staff hold it together and are by far the best reason to stay with your Bank, as there are few other reasons.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes it is annoying when there is a long queue but its not their fault. The branch itself is pretty good. The bank, don't really do much for you.

If you want to experience 'how not to treat customers' then this is the bank to join. Aggressive surly 'welcome' staff (the irony is beyond a joke) who excel in making you feel anything but welcome. Then there is the constant harassing to have digital banking (talk about turkey's voting for Christmas) and the insistence that "you MUST have the banking app". I won't. Dissent and the doorman (aka the welcome host) immediately pops up to tell you: "you will be asked to leave if you don't calm down". I was calm. I subsequently now drive to my former RBS branch in Leicester where the staff are polite, treat me with respect, and where I am made to feel welcome...

Abysmal customer service. Wanted to speak to someone who could discuss my graduate account with me and the message I received from the lady at the desk was "give this number a ring" with a card with a number that directs you to a generic line in which the individual on the end of the call told me to call in on monday as the team had gone home. For something that was such a straight forward enquiry it is frustrating at the lack of urgency between the staff.

4 stars purely for customer service. Great customer service as I never used payin account machine. Staff helped me and explained very politely. Felt like a valuable customer and it shows through the way staff treated me. Marked off 1 star because of location. Its hidden at the side on 1st floor, However thats minor.

Why are the branches not open on Saturdays,some of us have to work and with short weekday opening times and no Saturday opening it is impossible to get into the branch.
There was a atm to pay cheques into but that has gone now.
Very poor customer service

Wrong times!! Wasted half an hour because it’s wrong on the web site!!

On the bright side.... I had a look at the times on the door and it said Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm incase anyone wanted to know.

I worked here during a summer break 3 years ago. 9 weeks in and I left the place, that speaks volume. (have a Degree & career now ). I remember One member of staff was particular rude to the staff, customers and to me. I wonder if she still works here.
