Santander

I dont actually bank with Santander, and as i was paying money into someone else's account I expected issues. But it couldnt have been simpler, staff were helpful and showed me where to go and what to do. Good open layout inside so easily accessible.

This is a first fate bank all the staff are well trained at this branch. The machine's are well maintained and you can put money into them as well so this helps you rather than queuing to do this at the desks. Even though there's never a long que here much...............

The staff offer a good service. Fast and efficient. It’s a real shame that they don’t offer business banking here.

Service was usually great but I am not happy with the fact that i had to go in twice to change my name, had the sufficient documents with me and they lost them and my details still havn't been changed. It is an utter joke.

Experienced trouble trying to do a cheque deposit via the ATM,and the staff were all so friendly and helpful,made the process so easy for me.Such a pleasure to use this branch.
