Barclays Bank

Waited for 1 hour to be seen by personal banking adviser. They seemed to be relaxed and chatting between themselves. Not bothered to talk to me

The worst branch ever, only two people serving and they are dealing with people long process. I've been waiting for half and hour. There is other staff walking around but don't want to deal with the delay 😡

Terrible branch! Waiting in a que now over 30 minutes and was only 3 people in front of me still not moved! They need a seperate business window to stop every day bankers being help up while they are on their lunch break!!

Staff are very helpful, especially the manager, Jabar. He goes out of his way to ensure that customers' needs are met.

My father had an issue with his bank card and he sorted it straight away. He then had another issue with accessing his account on the machine. The manager took note of it, sorted it out and even called my father to lwt him know that it's been sorted.

I must say I was losing faith with banking With Barclays Bank for over 30 years at Forest Gate . But must say there was a change . I walking in on Saturday and I was trying to resolve a problem with a Bond she was advised to invest in over three years ago . I rang Barclays customer services and they did not call or write to me to resolve the problem . I popped in to the branch on Saturday with managers name and he spoke to me and listened to me and he told me he needed some time and he will call me on Monday . Ok he did not call me but a one of his staff called me and sorted out the problem . I hope Barclays will see this review because Jabar Ahmed the branch manager and Razul his other member of staff are a credit to Barclays Bank . Bring back some personal banking to the high street . Especially when it comes to elderly members of public who bank with Barclays . I have faith my mother’s banking will be in good hands in the future .

Rubbish service, closed counter at Mid-day. Bad management as staff doesn't have any clue of customer services. Sometimes counter is close before 2pm
Silly excuse they don't have enough staff.

Reported many times before but unfortunately no one bothered to do anything. Midday your branch counter is closed 🔐 Barclays UK you better shut this branch 306 Romford Road E7 9HH.

very poor and slow customer service..nothing has changed, mess, lack of organization and further disregard of the client .... does anyone check this facility ???
