I recently opened account with them. It was great experience. Megan really helped me out . Very nice branch , friendly and professional banking attitude!! Highly recommend this bank

No one bothers to leave a positive review of their bank right?
But these guys have always been very good and everyone I've dealt with have been very helpful and competent.

It's a typical bank branch. I find it to be a bit understaffed so there's always a line but it offers the same range of services with the same level of quality as you would find at any bank branch. The only thing that makes this branch notable is that the architecture is simply gorgeous so at least you have something to look at while you're in the queue.

Was told to come here at 9.30am, but this rude lady staff just kept telling me to take a seat, didn’t even bother to hear me out. Like ????💀💀

Long lines, unhelpful staff & a waste of time. It was here that I met the first rude person in town—one of the middle-aged ladies working there never let me finish my sentences (of which there were two) and simply directed me to wait. A simple answer that I didn't have the right documents could've saved me the wait. Too bad my regular bank only has one location in London and I've already spent the time trying to get through the online app!

The architecture of this bank is beautiful. The staff, Olivia, who helped us is very friendly, smart and professional. Thanks a lot!

I went there today to get a quote for home insurance and all of the staff was very helpfull especially Kane who explained everything to me in detail and I was really impressed with his customer service skills and knowledge,Thank you very much

I left my wallet home while visiting Cambridge. I can just do apple pay but some places it didn’t work so been to this bank branch for help. No doubt highest customer service I received from here. Very attentive staff. Quick action. Don’t know who was she may b manager but helped me to sort out my prob so I can withdraw some cash after a lil process. Thanks to all the staff team who running this branch. U guys r in real mean there for customers. Btw really inspired by the building architecture. Lovely dome from inside the building. Don’t like to get pics of this building for some security reasons.
