Great service and customer care .. visited the branch to open account for my son .. Abs from the branch helped us all the way and made it a pleasant experience ..

I was helped by a couple of friendly female staff to sort an issue I had with my account but only after dealing with some unfortunately condescending male employees. There was one particularly helpful female member of staff who went above and beyond, stayed in later after work to help me resolve my issue and phoned me to let me know afterwards that she had successfully solved this issue. Because of this I would return to this branch as the lovely ladies who work here so redeem it.

Hands down one of the best branches that natwest have. This is one of the best branches natwest have in south London and I hope all other natwest branches take their example I will most definitely go to this branch more often even though is a bit of a travel for me because of the great customer serviceI will take the travel.

Unimaginable line outside the door for talking to a branch agent regarding accounts. This was during the lunch period, so you expect a longer line than otherwise. You don’t expect 3 out of 4 agents to be allowed off on an hour lunch break at the same time. Such a predictable issue leading to terrible service.

Further branch agents don’t know when you can add people to certain accounts and are unwilling to open accounts in person. What is the point of an in person branch if the employees just insist on you doing everything online (even when you explain that it doesn’t work) rather than actually help?

This branch deserves either new management or to close as currently it’s not fit for purpose.
