Having been customers of this branch for over 20 years.Visited this branch to close our 123 accounts due to imminent decrease of interest rates.The manager couldn't have made it more difficult.We came with our cards,statements and other ID,but no we were sent home to fetch driving licences!!I heard another customer ask for an appointment,snd the cashier replied with glee ,oh we haven't got any for 3weeks,!!Would not consider going near this branch again even if the interest rates were ,5%.

They need to update their website. It says they are open weekdays until 4.30pm, when they now shut at 2.00pm.

Also shut Saturdays, while website states they open at 9.30am they are actually shut.

Not complaining and I totally understand, but Information is simply incorrect.

My husband and I visited Tonbridge Branch and were dealt with by Libby Fisher, a customer service manager. Libby was so helpful and courteous and sorted out our queries. She explained everything succinctly and helped put our minds at rest. Please put on record how much we appreciated being looked after by Libby. Thank you.

Cannot get to Santander Tonbridge during the week. Went to draw out some money both tills empty. A lot of unhappy people. Previous week an old lady asked me to help her pay in some money giving me her pin number. Come on Santander people need their money and a better service.

they are rude and pretty aggy, over covid the same sorts of problems getting to money or paying in store closes early 2pm when website says 4:30pm both times i managed to get in staff were a bit grumpy but knew they had to help we waited around 30mins to see someone and 1:45hr to get bits sorted out and left disappointed and upset with they way staff act there for months kept being told phone customers service and customer service tell me i have to go in store ?! the give me the run around for a year
