Kept on the telephone for an age, that's before it's picked up. Then lack of knowledge when being redirected.
As for going into the bank, complete chaos not enough staff out on the floor. Customers wandering around seeking help for direction, appointments or even help with the ATMs not a pleasant experience. When sorted out great !!!

Really helpful staff. There are self serve machines in here and rarely much of a queue to use them. If you get to talk to a member of staff, they are really nice and totally helpful.

What a joke- spent 45 minutes trying to pay in some cash and get a receipt! There is not enough staff and most transactions clearly require assistance. Everyone was aggravated, long queues, staff running round like headless chickens.

Really poor service here you are always queuing... Over 20 mins so far not one person on a till and not one of the self service tills able to be used.

Absolutely useless. Been in twice now and still no counter service. The one staff member today took so long with 1 customer I couldn't use the facilities. Utterly pathetic..going to close my account and start banking somewhere that actually knows what they're doing.

Went to pay in cash and cheques on a Saturday to a charity account and required counter service as the account doesn't allow for on line banking etc. however the is no cashier service on a Saturday. So its ok for customers to do charitable activities but Barclays can't support us. They also had three members of staff on duty under utilised, with very few customers. A true farce.
