Counter not open Saturday. Just travelled 28 miles to find out as not on website. Terrible service.

One of the worst bank in Tonbridge . poor service.

Not being open on a Saturday is ridiculous!!

I travelled half an hour to this branch to find that it was closed even though the website said it was open, shocking state of affairs, will be pursuing them for refund.

Rubbish in every way.

My flatmate is suffering with covid. Instead of waiting for me to return to work to safely move the car they pressured my flatmate to do so because it inconvenienced them. Absolutely no regard for the health and safety of those of us who are vulnerable but would rather put people at risk of getting sick than being patient.

I think it’s time that the staff got back to work and stopped hiding behind covid.
Self employed people need to bank their takings but closed on Friday and on Saturday it’s ridiculous. Thought that it was now open Fridays but I have just paid to park only to find it’s closed!!! Waste of precious time and money, fuming.

Close completly. Always when need it it's close.
