Absolutely WORST Natwest branch I've ever had experience with, twice! Staff is absolutely incompetent and useless. Will inconvenience myself to never have to use this branch again.

I'm not surprised why this branch is rated so poorly. They are simply unhelpful which is such a shame as it ruins the name of a good bank. It is truly a waste of time to try and do anything there.

I live overseas and I had sent them a few letters to carry out some simple instructions regarding my account. It seems that they receive these letters and shove them up their ... (censored). Very sad.

Very nicely located bank; but it’s a shame that this branch is Very slow, staff have no sense of urgency. The tall gentleman in there, seems to be the only one who is willing to genuinely help.

What is the point of showing opening & closing times when you close one hour early? I fear for the future of this branch if you provide this non level if customer service.

My money yet they will not allow me to withdraw without disclosing what it is for.
This is wrong on so many levels.

Bank closes at 3:30 and not open on weekends, terrible if you're a working person

I'm only giving five stars because of Richard (Tall gentleman) otherwise it would be a 1 star. You could tell the other member of staff didn't want to help me and asked me to call NatWest when I was in a NatWest bank, ludicrous. Richard then come sorted the problem. If this is what this man has to deal with on a daily basis I feel sorry for him.
