Before I liked that place because it was quick and easy. Today to deposit service I'm waiting more than half an hour just because of one customer! Tou definitely need more machine's there!!!

I have been banking with lloyds for more than 5 years, and never had to go to a branch for anything apart from taking out or depositing money.
So, recently I lost my card, and declared it as lost, and even after that I got a transaction in my app, done by the person that found my card. To discuss this issue, I went to this branch. The lady saw my app and everything and then she told me to bring ID proof. She said to come back with ID as soon as you can.
I went all the way back home and came back with the ID, and then another lady told me that I have to call the fraud team myself and they cannot possible do anything for me on branch. Understandable, but why did not they tell me this BEFORE sending me home to fetch my ID? They made me waste travel money, time and have stress, and I have been running on the street with a baby stroller back and forth for no reason.
The worst thing is that they did not even bother apologizing to me for this.
Then I called the fraud team and took ages to get to them but I solved the problem all on my own calling them.
