Very nice spot in centrally located free for you to chill inside and relax for all age groups. Very good range if hot drinks and biscuits given. Staffed by well mannered, well presented team members. All you need is a Virgin Money account and you can go in with a plus one. Would highly recommend if you go to the city on a regular basis

I arrived here early today for an 11.30 appointment taking a seat in reception. There was a long queue at the reception desk and I assumed that as I had a booked appointment I didn't need to queue. After 25 minutes the queue disappeared and I approached the front desk to explain I had been waiting for 30 minutes and was told I should have queued and told them I was there. I pointed out I had a prearranged appointment. I was then told in an embarrassing way I would be seen shortly. Another five minutes elapsed and I once again approached the desk to tell them I had to leave as I had other commitments. I then phoned them to explain my concern. No reply to date.... Not a happy customer!!!

Very helpful and polite but long waiting times and not enough staff. Used to be far better

The worst bank ever!
Not a bank I would say..A prank!
You cannot send money to your Virgin bank account using the post office anymore and their branch in Norwich closes at 4"pm.
How do you do when you're working.
Godness hell!
And you need to wait 45 minutes minimum for them to reply. The ohone.
Needed to pay my rent today. 2 hiours in it and issue still not solved
Never go there. Not a bank! A farce!

Not happy with the overall 'customer service experience' in the last few months, will be transferring my account when it matures.

Shockingly slow service. But that's typical of most Virgin money branches I use.

Awful service!!!
You cannot reach them either by calling the Norwich store or by calling the general customer service number. Lines always busy. It's easy to blame it on the Covid19, isn't it?

Opening hours have been reduced and they are only open on weekdays from 10"am to 3"pm.
So how can you go to the branch in person when you work normal business times.
And any requests done by email cannot be dealt with. You need or calling them or going to the branch in person.

This is not a bank! Avoid it at all price.

5 years that I am with them and I have had notice evictions because my rent has not been paid on time several times because even when you write them an email with "Urgent" for reference after having tried to contact them by phone dozen of times, they make a week to deal with your requests and come back to you.

Please 🙏🙏🙏, avoid at all price.

Certainly gone downhill since being taken over. Staff in casual clothes and look as if they are dressed for holiday. No queue and served quickly but took over 15 minutes to complete a simple withdrawal.
