The consultants in the HSBC (Borehamwood), are very kindness, professional and prepared;
Although, I don't speak English well, all the aspects inherent my requests these, has been completely satisfied.

Very friendly and outrageously helpful staff. Made you feel right at home.

Long waiting time, agents not really helpful, awful experience.

Awful place. The cheque paying in machine would not accept my cheque and told me to ask an assistant for help. I could not find anybody. Not hide nor hair. I left and returned 30 minutes later and still nobody was available. Oh there were people there, but they all averted their eyes and disappeared out the back. Others were in cubicles helping people. It was only a very small cheque (money wise) so I shredded the damned thing. HSBC are a waste of time. I really don't know why I stay with them. Utterly hopeless.

I wanted to open an account and got appointment on time. But I asked a question (Me) I didn’t know it was bad that I Asked seriously.
because of that she refused to open a bank acc for me, plus she scared the hell out of me and looked at me in a terrible way.
I hope they won’t sue me 😭😭

Problem with long queues. It would help if customers were told to write out their pay in slips before they get to the counter not at the counter. Could also do with a extra cashier. Maybe have a fast service cashier (for payments in only ) so waiting time can be reduced. Staff generally friendly

Terrible, staff very rude( repeating the same thing all over again and not actually answering the question) and some helpful ( one week ago said they can help) some just want to blame everything on corona virus( few days later they can’t). The ONLY high street bank that cannot facilitate my change of name due to the coronavirus, all my other bank accounts updated within the last 24 hours.
