Absolutely disgusting service, had to wait 25 minutes to be served by this time there was an extremely long queue of customers behind me. When I was eventually served I was told that the teller could not help me and I would need to speak to another member of staff, there were no other staff around, had to wait for someone to come and attend to me to be told you need to google TSB on the web to find a form that is required to complete me request. Terrible customer service

Please anyone banking here and as appalled at the refurbishment as I am please put your feelings out there. Whoever thought this up wants sacking. One cashier. Two weeks for an appointment. Is this forcing us all to go Internet banking? What a shambles.

A utter joke ! Only a desk now open ..re cycled MDF ! Poor you lad coping with a increasing queue! Then computer malfunctioned ! Well-done top management, close , Sherwood, netherfield, Carlton, and town .make.pple travel just be served at a MDF desk out of a skip....!! C. E .O, you are a joke! Pls leave and go sell the Big issue.!

Just saw an old couple being kicked out from the bank, being ignored by the staffs when they were asking for their right to their account . Wow.

Such a shame.. an under staffed branch with no regards for their customers.. and i promise you it comes from the top...

Their only staff on the floor was very helpful but what can one person do at a branch that has to offer services to a large number of customers? The main bosses take their bonuses and thanks to lizzy even more than before... and they cant afford a few more staffs? That's ridiculous..

The 3 closest branches have all closed. My elderly friend does not have internet and urgently needs to speak to someone. Impossible to get through by phone. If we do a journey to get to next nearest branch will we be able to have a private interview without an appointment???? Dreadful service. Cone on TSB. Start giving your customers proper service!!

Customer service from the staff is poor. Train your staff how to communicate with customers.

Impossible to get through by phone. A recorded message says they are busy then simply refers you to the website, followed by a rude 'goodbye'. Appalling customer service. Phone customers are just as important as branch customers. This has made me consider moving to another bank that does care.

just took 2 days to get someone to answer phone.Very very unhelpful/obstructive.had to argue to finally agree to let me make withdrawal of MY MONEY from MY ACCOUNT.
I have been a tsb customer for over 30 years and this is the worst i have ever seen.They do not want to be pestered by people actually going in to the branch.If it was possible i would give them minus 5 stars
