Lloyds Bank

I went in this morning to ask for some assistance with sorting out a credit card payment. I was greeted by Laura who was very helpful indeed. The issue which would have taken an eon by me on the phone if past experience is a guide, was sorted by her in less than 10 minutes. Thank you

Very very friendly bank. Always good service and nothing is too much trouble for the team. Very easy well lit lay out and always clean. Staff team treat you more like family and are very patient with young savers. Easy to open accounts and tea or coffee is included. Paying in machine at back of bank should the counter be busy. Limited free parking at rear off of Millhams Lane.

Opening new accounts takes way too much time. The technology needs updating, as after nearly 2 hours I was asked to return to complete forms. On return, the screens stopped working again. No apologies. Wouldn't bother again.

Usually very friendly staff. Recently went to change my address there and the new girl that served me (she has got black hair and black eyes) asked me some personal questions that I think had nothing to do with what I came for.....eg "are you still a student", "where are you working", "are you working now" (I went on maternity leave so I said -not at the moment), "is that your house you just moved in" ,"are you paying the mortgage of this house you just moved in to" .....all this questions for just changing my address is redicilous it had absolutely nothing to do with her. Whoever is reading my review from the bank please make sure she is not asking other people because she just looks like nosy person.

Felt the blonde lady seemed very demure and lacking in empathy but happy to charge me and try to increase the charge of a debit to my bank

Its good and all ways very helpful hereand very convenient car parking. Watch the entrance its very close to your car wing ok apart from that good.
