Been kept waiting for the manager when lady at the till couldn’t help with withdrawal. After wait been told that manager is unable to attend at the moment. Whilst Barclays had no problem at all helping with my requests when confronted that I’ve had my time wasted I’ve been schooled. What is the point of customer service when a customer cannot express he’s unhappy with how he’s being dealt with? Puts into perspective if this bank is worth being a customer of…

Honestly it is fine, but they are always understuffed and from every single natwest i have ever been it takes the longest to speak to someone on the booth , and it is not like it is packed but they always have only 1 person sitting there . So literally i have to wait at least 20 mns standing each time for me to deposit money or do whatever .

Since new manager there this place has gone down hill staff aloud to shout at you and belittle you infront of other customers and I was going there for over 13yrs
