I had made 3 payments to my online trading account, 2 payments arrived within 5 mins (as usual) but the 3rd payment left my account and never arrived, and after 24hrs still missing?? Sarah helped me sort the missing payment out in an extremely efficient Manor. What a credit to the organisation! Why would you bank elsewhere when this is the service you get when you need it!! KUDOS guys.. Well done.

Wanted to open an account for my children. Made a phone call to see if I needed to make an appointment, all the other banks insisted on one, plus 20 different identity documents.
Nationwide did not.
Told me to just pop in when it was convenient for me, explaining what I needed to bring. Easy, helpful and NO fuss!!
Robyn in the branch made the visit a simple, hassle free and pleasant experience. Extremely efficient and quick!
I’ve been with this Nationwide branch for over 15 years, I have banked elsewhere and can honestly recommend this branch to anyone who wants a life of no complicated jargon, easy and quick service, plus when you call them you get through to the branch and a human being, not 100 different options and then a robotic voicemail!

Made the mistake of going into the Sittingbourne Branch to put my name on a joint account... given totally the wrong advice, was told to close the accounts and open new ones.. (totally contrasting what we had already been told in Sheerness Branch), went to Sheerness Branch who sorted out the issue within 5 minutes.

Went into nationwide after leaving my card in the machine approached Rayann who retrieved my card and was extremley helpful with helping me set up an app on my phone should the same problem occur I can still access my card 🙂
